Marigny Cottage is positioned on three acres of pine-tree studded land just a mile south of the Shreveport city limits.  A three bedroom, two bath home, the 2,000 square-foot cottage comfortably sleeps nine people. 

The home and property were upgraded for use as an Airbnb in late 2022. The cottage is named for the historic Marigny district of New Orleans, in keeping with the Louisiana theme that runs through every room.

A fence separates the cottage from a pond that sits at the west edge of the property. Sunsets reflect stunningly on the water, and lightning bugs dance every evening.
